Matthew Kaing

President

Matthew brings over 15 years of IT industry experience to eSudo Technology Solutions as the company’s President and Founder. Prior to starting the business, he worked for the IBM Personal Computer division and later Cisco Systems. In addition to MCSE, MCP, MS Small Business Specialist and CCNA certification, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Davis. As President of eSudo, Matthew identifies and addresses the business needs of clients and leads project teams in the development and implementation of complex projects.

Maria Helm

Service Manager

As Service Coordinator, Maria manages customer service and administration functions for the eSudo team. Prior to joining the company, she worked in various human resources and marketing communications roles including six years at Hunter Douglas. Maria is experienced in several human resources computer programs and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration for the University of Phoenix.

Hau Ho

Professional Services Team Lead

Hau brings over 12 years of experience in the IT industry to the eSudo team. As System Network Engineer, Hau is responsible for a variety of tasks including disaster recovery, network support and trouble shooting among others. Prior to joining eSudo Technology Solutions, Hau served as System Engineer at PaymentOne, Corp. and Associate System Administrator at Integretel Incorporated. In addition to being a Microsoft Certified Professional, Hau holds a Bachelor of Science in Information System from the University of San Francisco.

Roozbeh Koohnoori

Support Engineer Team Lead

Roozbeh is an IT professional with six years of experience in configuration, installation, and management of network infrastructure and security. Roozbeh holds certifications including CCNA and MCTS, and brings a wide range of expertise to our team. He is the specialist we count on for insight and innovation into everything from software and operating systems to server management, networking and data center solutions. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Meybod, Iran and is currently working to achieve CCNP certification.

Jeff Cheang

Business Development

As IT Support Specialist, Jeff provides computer system, network and software consultation to eSudo clients. In addition, he specializes in troubleshooting servers and solving user problems involving hardware and software. He holds several technical certifications including MCSE, MCP, CNA, A+ and CCNA, as well as a BA in MIS. Prior to joining the team, Jeff worked as an IT Support Engineer at Suntek Systems.
